My friend Mary recently posted a comment here that discussed "Puddle Jumpers".
On a flight just last year I went from Salt Lake City to Pocatello, Idaho. The aircraft was slightly larger than what we usually mean by "puddle jumper", but still small enough to share each and every one of the bumps along the way -- and as you see from the weather in the photograph, there were plenty to go around. (Pun intended.)
This is so cool...I think they called these planes "Prop- Jets"... thanks TT for the walk down memory lane.
