With Annapolis, as with so many Revolutionary War-era towns, it's sometimes difficult to differentiate between what is an alley, and what is a street. The streets are often narrow one-laners and the alleys range from narrow passages to back streets behind buildings.
As such, each of the below are in some way, shape or function, taken in an alley.
Not quite as fun to wander as those in other towns, but in the case of Annapolis, it isn't what you find IN the alley that is as interesting as are those things you find at the END of the alley.
